Notice is hereby given that the notice bearing the above-mentioned title published in the Canada Gazette, Part Ⅰ, Vol. 146, No. 50, Saturday, December 15, 2012, on page 3382, contained an error. The title of the proposed Regulations in the French version was incorrect.
